[Dr. Kalam's Full Event Videos inside] Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam addressed the students, teachers and other Hinduites at Jaffna Hindu College during his visit to Jaffna on 23 January 2012. He also addressed the university students at the Jaffna University.
It was not the usual speech delivered by a guest of honour, he made it very interactive and inspirational. It included motivation poems and quotes, and he shared his thoughts on secrets of success. Also, he gave the oath for students, which he developed for the youths of India, and wanted our students also to take that oath in order to develop the society as well as the nation. We have documented Dr.Kalam's visit to Jaffna Hindu, as it is historical in the line of Swamiji Vivekanandar and Mahathma Gandhiji's visits to our college during 19th and 20th centuries.
